Payment Terms:
50% deposit required to hold space; balance due 30 days prior to check in + $350 refundable security deposit

Rental Agreement:
Signed rental agreement and waiver of liability required for all bookings

No Smoking. No Pets. No Exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  All reservations are final. A full refund will be given on deposits and/or full payments when canceled 60 days or more prior to check in date, less a $75.00 cancellation charge. If cancelled inside the cancellation period and owners are unable to rebook the property for all or part of rentor/s confirmed stay at the same rate, the funds will be applied to a future stay. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.


LARGE GROUP OPTION
If your group is larger than 8 persons, we may be able to accommodate overflow by utilizing other charming vacation homes nearby with whom we have cooperative agreements. Details and pricing are available on request.

We strongly advise vacation rentors to purchase a travel insurance policy to recover potential non-refundable costs due to unforeseen travel interruptions, such as flight delays, natural disasters, medical emergencies, etc.
