REDWOOD TREE HOUSE CANCELLATION POLICY

 

All reservations are final. A full refund will be given on deposits and/or full payments when canceled 60 days or more prior to check in date, less a $75.00 cancellation charge. If cancelled inside the cancellation period and owners are unable to rebook the property for all or part of renter/s contracted time period at the same rate, all payments will be forfeited. To ensure that the property meets their expectations, prospective guests or their representatives are welcome to schedule an advance showing by the owners. There is no refund of rent for a no show or an early departure.
